UI/UX Designer — Intern

Design the interfaces of the creator economy's operating system — live media kits, campaign rooms and analytics dashboards used by agencies, creators and brands.

About the role

Creato replaces the screenshots, PDFs and spreadsheets that creator agencies run on with live, verified data. Design is not decoration for us — a media kit is something our users literally send to close deals, so how it looks and feels is the product.

As a design intern you won't be parked on throwaway tasks. You'll design real flows that ship to real users, work directly with the founders, and see your screens in production within weeks — sometimes days.

What you'll do

  • Design new flows and screens across the platform: media kits, campaign rooms, roster dashboards and onboarding
  • Evolve and document our design system (components, tokens, patterns) in Figma
  • Turn user feedback and session recordings into concrete design improvements
  • Prototype interactions and micro-animations for a premium, dark-UI product
  • Collaborate directly with engineering to make sure what ships matches what you designed

What we're looking for

  • A portfolio — student work, side projects or freelance is perfectly fine — that shows taste and clear thinking
  • Solid Figma skills (auto-layout, components, prototyping)
  • Interest in SaaS / product design, not only visual or brand design
  • You can explain the reasoning behind your design decisions
  • Working proficiency in English

Nice to have

  • Motion design or interaction prototyping (After Effects, Rive, Framer)
  • Familiarity with the creator economy — you know what a media kit is
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS constraints

What we offer

  • Remote-first — work from wherever you do your best work
  • Full flexibility — no 9-to-5, we measure outcomes, not hours
  • Flat hierarchy with direct access to the founders
  • Real ownership: your work ships fast and you see its impact directly
  • Direct mentorship — weekly design reviews with the people who decide, not a committee
  • A clear path to a full-time role for interns who make a mark
